Legacy Point, in partnership with Culpepper Realty and LV Collective, is set to break ground in early 2025. The location is ideally situated, offering direct access to both campus and Century Square.

LV Collective has made a name for itself with its progressive designs and focus on cultivating a student-friendly environment. Its active participation in the Legacy Point project seeks to bridge the existing gap between Northgate and Century Square.

Impact on Current Tenants

The upcoming construction affects many of the current tenants, including popular local spots like Hurricane Harry’s and Piranha Fitness Studio. Communication with these businesses remained a priority throughout the planning process. According to LV Collective, they kept all affected businesses informed and endeavored to provide support regarding their likely relocation.

Despite the upheaval, the sentiment among affected businesses remains largely positive. In a recent statement, Piranha Fitness Studio expressed gratitude towards the city of Bryan/College Station for their support and asked everyone to stay updated via social media for their next steps.

A Larger, City-Wide Effort

The Legacy Point and Culpepper Realty project is only part of a larger initiative to rejuvenate the surrounding area. The city of Bryan has expressed its own ambitions to turn the area behind this development into a mixed-use “destination” right across from Hensel Park. However, city officials have hinted that it may take a few more years for this to become shovel-ready.
