Additionally, 880 students are graduating with honors, which requires a minimum GPA of 3.5 or higher. Impressively, 127 students achieved perfect GPAs of 4.0, earning valedictorian honors. The overall average GPA for the Class of 2025 stands at 3.33.

Demographics of the graduating class further reveal that the average age of a Texas A&M graduate is 24 years. The oldest graduate is Debra Denise Morth, at 69 years old, with five graduates over the age of 60. In contrast, the youngest graduates are 40 students who are each 17 years old. Furthermore, there are 63 veteran graduates this year, including 74 graduates who participated in the Mathematics, Engineering, and Science Achievement (MESA) program.

Over half of the graduates, specifically over 65%, completed at least one course at the university’s Canyon Country campus, which has been operational since 2007. In addition, more than 110 student-athletes with a collective GPA of 3.38 are preparing to transfer to four-year institutions in the fall, reflecting a strong academic performance among athletes.
