College Station Hosts Final Week for St. Jude Dream Home Ticket Sales

This week marks the final opportunity for residents of College Station to purchase tickets for the St. Jude Dream Home, a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house valued at $485,000. Tickets are priced at $100 each and are limited to 800, with all proceeds benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Located at 1654 Frontera Ranch Boulevard in Mission Ranch, the St. Jude Dream Home blends luxury with a mission to support families battling childhood cancer. The home features a unique design by Ranger Home Builders and expresses a lively space theme, particularly in the children’s bedrooms.

Every ticket sold directly contributes to the hospital’s goal of ensuring that families do not incur costs associated with treatment, housing, food, or travel. This initiative enables families to focus on healing without the burden of financial stress.

Home Features and Design

The Dream Home boasts an array of captivating features. It showcases an open-concept living area that connects the living room, dining room, and kitchen, creating a warm and inclusive environment. The home is designed to maximize natural light with 10-foot ceilings and quality lighting throughout.

A standout feature includes a gas-started brick fireplace in the living room. The kitchen comes equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including a large induction range, a dishwasher, a microwave drawer, a coffee maker, and a refrigerator—all of which are included with the home.

The primary suite offers a calming atmosphere with soothing green tones, while the primary bathroom incorporates natural materials to promote relaxation. Additional highlights include a dedicated office space and luxury vinyl plank flooring donated by Shaw, contributing to both function and aesthetics.

Ticket Purchase and Special Promotions
